The Core Four at Little V.I.P.’s work tirelessly to make sure that your children are receiving the best care and education during their time with us. Check out each team members bio below for more details on their backgrounds!


Owner & Director

Beth is currently the owner and director of Little V.I.P.'s. She has always been proud of her Little V.I.P.'s roots having been here for over 30 years. She obtained her Director's License in 2005. Her mother, Barbara J. Bunting was the founder. She truly believes in entering as strangers and leaving as friends.



Alicia has been with Little V.I.P.'s for over 3 years, she is currently the manager and oversees the students and finances of Little V.I.P.'s. Previously, she managed a dental assistant team, was an office coordinator for over 10 years, and was in charge of all new patient and financial coordination for an orthodontic office. She is a mom of four and currently lives in Audubon.


Head of Teaching

Kayla is currently the Head of Teaching at Little V.I.P.'s, in this role, Kayla oversees all aspects of education planning. She previously worked in Bellmawr as a teacher at Bell Oaks Elementary, managed a White House Black Market in Cherry Hill, and was the Tennis Business Manager at Radnor Valley Country Club. Kayla also coached men and women's Varsity Tennis at Neumann University (her alma mater) for over 7 years. Kayla currently lives in Haddonfield and is a happily married mother of two children, both of whom attend Little V.I.P.'s.


Group Teacher

Jordan Paradise is currently the Group Teacher at Little V.I.P’s. In this role Jordan assists Miss Kayla in implementing age appropriate curriculum throughout the school.

Jordan is also the granddaughter of our founder Miss Barb and a graduate of Little V.I.P’s. Jordan has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and is thrilled to be teaching at the place where her own childhood began!
